Oban Cathedral is delighted to welcome the D’Cruz Trio who will be giving a recital in St John’s at 15:00 on Sunday, 12th June, in aid jointly of the Cathedral, and of Friends of Kilbride.
The D’Cruz Trio has been in existence for nearly 10 years and has performed all over the UK, most recently in Bath, Westminster and Kirby Lonsdale, and is shortly to perform in the New Club in Edinburgh. Its members are Caroline D’Cruz (piano), Stephen Latham (Cello) and Seymour Adams (clarinet). Seymour may be known to some of you as both Secretary of the Music Society and Chair of Friends of Kilbride.
The recital will include works by Beethoven, Nino Rota (composer of the music for The Godfather), Fauré, Debussy and Danish Composer Niels Gade (a friend of Schumann). Tickets will be £10 on the door.
